9 Account Suspension & Closure

ck444pro reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion).
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, ck444pro will return your verified balance to your registered payment method after completing any necessary checks.
